Samuel recently joined the production team from our QC department and has been a huge value add to the team. He quickly trained and became an asset to our blending department which currently fuels the production team with the ability to produce the much need pounds of film required by our demand schedule. Samuel has come in on his off-shift hours multiple times on very short notice to ensure the plant remains in service. His teamwork, initiative, attendance, productivity and safety are unmatched within his Blending team, and he is more than deserving of recognition.

Edison is one of our strongest operators and consistently sets the standard for performance in the department. He works hard every shift and willingly supports fellow operators whenever help is needed. Edison’s production numbers lead the department, and he maintains perfect attendance. He arrives on time every day and can be relied on to do the job right. His work ethic and consistency make him deserving of this recognition.

Kojo is always on time and works till the job is finished also willing to give his fellow workers a hand. Kojo always wears PPE, is very flexible with work assignments and is willing to do whatever the department needs him to do. Kojo is always willing to help.

Henry leads by example through collaboration, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Our success is better because of his contributions. He consistently goes above and beyond expectations and sets a great example for others through hard work and positivity.
