Blader
8 Hour Shift
The Blader at Polyvinyl Films Inc. is responsible for operating a stamping machine. This role ensures that the packaging boxes are properly bladed to the specification of our customers, free of defects, and staged properly for downstream packaging processes. The Blader works closely with production and packaging teams to maintain quality standards, meet production goals, and follow all safety regulations related to machine operation and material handling -
Driver
1st Shift
The Driver at Polyvinyl Films is a Hybrid position within the warehouse. This unique role combines the warehouse responsibilities with packaging duties and also includes a driving component. This position will work in our warehouse, performing duties such as packaging, sorting, inventory management, forklift operating, and shipping/receiving. Approximately 90% of the day will be spent shuttling materials from one polyvinyl plant to another, using a boxtruck. The ideal candidate for the position should have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and possess a valid Class D Drivers’ License. -
Maintenance Mechanic
2nd shift
The Industrial Mechanic at Polyvinyl Films Inc. is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automation systems and manufacturing machinery used in the production of blown plastic films. This includes rewinding machines, actuators, sensors, and other automated systems that drive the efficiency and productivity of production lines. This position will be hands-on with automated systems and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, ensuring continuous production with minimal downtime. -
Packer
1st shift
The Packer at Polyvinyl Films Inc. is responsible for ensuring that the product is packaged and prepared properly for distribution. This role involves working closely with production teams to ensure high-quality standards and safety regulations are followed during the packaging process. -
Production Line Operator
12 hour shift
The Production Line Operator at Polyvinyl Films Inc. is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines used in the production of high-quality plastic films. You will ensure the efficient operation of the production line, ensuring that all products meet quality standards while maintaining safety and environmental compliance. -
Rewind Operator - Full-Time
8 hour shift
The Rewind Operator at Polyvinyl Films Inc. is responsible for operating and maintaining the rewinding machines that convert large rolls of plastic into smaller, finished rolls for packaging and distribution. This includes monitoring machine performance, adjusting settings to ensure quality control, and ensuring that the product meets specifications for thickness, width, and appearance. The operator works closely with the production team to ensure that all production goals are met efficiently and safely. -
Rewind Operator - Part-Time
12 hour weekend shift, 4th and 5th shift
