stretch-tite® Favorite Recipe Contest – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

This contest is sponsored by Polyvinyl Films Inc., 38 Providence Road, Sutton, MA 01590.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Polyvinyl Films Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The contest begins at 9:00 AM EST on November 3, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on November 21, 2025. Entries submitted before or after the contest period will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must:

• Prepare a recipe in which stretch-tite plastic wrap is used for food prep or storage
• Take a photo of the finished food item alongside a stretch-tite box
• Post the photo to their public Instagram account
• Tag @stretch.tite

Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries must be posted by 11:59 PM EST on November 21, 2025. Entries must remain visible and public through the winner announcement date.

5. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected based on creativity, visual appeal, and relevance to the use of stretch-tite in the recipe process. Judging will be conducted by a panel of representatives from Polyvinyl Films Inc. Decisions are final.

Winner will be notified via Instagram by November 24, 2025. If the selected winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a prize package valued at $400, which includes:

• One (1) $100 Gift Card to The Culinary Studio Cooking School
• One (1) Drip-Filter Coffee Machine from Smeg
• One (1) year’s supply of stretch-tite plastic wrap (quantity determined by Sponsor based on average household usage)

No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable.

7. RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANTS

By submitting a photo, entrant affirms that the content is their original creation and they own all rights to it. Entrants grant Polyvinyl Films. the right to use, reproduce, repost, and display the photo and recipe (with attribution) on its website, social media channels, and promotional materials.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the contest. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Polyvinyl Films. and its affiliates from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or prize.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected from participants will be used solely for contest administration and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the contest or deliver prizes.

11. WINNER LIST

For the name of the winner, send an email request to custserv@pvfilms.com by December 15, 2025.
